The room was very large and the beds comfortable, but the pillow was too big and firm; the bathroom had no furniture or shelf, and the motion‑activated floodlight switched on when entering the bathroom, causing light to spill into the room at night; the owner speaks only little English.

Breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were super spacious, but it was inevitable to hear animals throughout the night.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was very good, but we didn’t like that we had no key for the main door; we wanted to go out one evening, but no one was around, so we didn’t, unsure if we’d get back in; also, when we returned to the guest house at 5 p.m., the door was locked and we had to wait an hour for them to come back; the shower wasn’t great—hot water was fine but there was no pressure; it felt a little dated but acceptable for the price.

The location is right next to the gorge; the room and bathroom were both very spacious with hot water; the owner was very kind and gave us tea and nuts on arrival; breakfast was good; however, animals (cow, donkey, sheep) make quite a bit of noise at night.

The Riad is charming and picturesque, typical of the area and well‑located, with very friendly staff. Avoid the room near the henhouse or bring earplugs.
