The location is exceptional, right by the lake and just a block from the lake theater, which we walked to. The house is very pretty and well kept. The room is large and very pleasant. The staff are friendly, and the southern breakfast is excellent.

The location is exceptional, and the living room is cozy with a beautiful view. The staff were very friendly. The café, however, didn’t offer a full afternoon service—only pastries and similar items.

The location and waking up with the lake and volcanoes in view were the best part, but the bath products were few and the shampoo quality was bad – it seemed like glycerin soap in a shampoo bottle next to the conditioner bottle. 👎🏻

The spot right by the lake and close to all tourist sites is superb, the staff were friendly and helpful, the common areas and room were clean, breakfast was hearty and they offered a variety of kuchen, and the infrastructure and décor were beautiful; I would definitely return.
