Eddie and Mike were super friendly and gave us an upgrade to the Penthouse. I’ve never slept in such a comfortable bed with high‑quality linens before. The whole place felt like something I’d want to take home. There’s a huge TV and tasty cookies, etc. We were there for one night because of an event, and the Winter Gardens is just a short walk away. It’s centrally located but quiet. Eddie sold me a 24‑hour parking pass for the lot around the corner for £5. Highly recommend and best wishes!
