Our stay at the Park Royal collection was superb. Everything about the place was fabulous. We loved the breakfast, the gym and the pool area. We reall enjoyed the Club lounge each evening. Would highly recommend

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly and helpful. The location was also fantastic, within walking distance to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and other popular attractions. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Nothing in particular. Everything was great during our stay

Honestly, nothing. The hotel looks modern and luxurious at first glance, but the actual experience was extremely disappointing. This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The biggest problem was the extremely poor hygiene and the unpleasant odors throughout the property. The corridors smelled of urine, while the rooms felt stuffy, poorly ventilated, and had a persistent musty smell. The pillows were particularly disgusting. Every time I put my head on one, the air released from inside carried an extremely foul, sewage-like odor. The bedding and towels also smelled unpleasant, despite appearing clean at first glance. Even the electric kettle had a terrible smell and visible mineral deposits inside. I did not feel comfortable using it to prepare drinking water. The bathroom had inadequate ventilation, and the room itself was poorly designed, with unusually low ceilings, inconvenient bathroom placement, poorly planned lighting, and impractical furniture arrangements. What makes this experience particularly disturbing is that the hotel appears clean and luxurious on the surface. However, once you pay attention to the details, the lack of proper hygiene becomes impossible to ignore. For a hotel positioning itself as a premium property, this level of cleanliness and maintenance is completely unacceptable. I have stayed in many hotels, but I have never experienced such consistently unpleasant odors and such a disappointing standard of hygiene

Besonders gut gefallen hat mir das sehr geräumige Zimmer mit dem ausgesprochen bequemen Bett. Ein tolles Detail war der Trinkwasserspender im Bad und die Verwendung von Glasflaschen anstelle von Plastikflaschen. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und haben sich immer wieder Zeit für nette Gespräche genommen. Auch die zentrale Lage in Kuala Lumpur ist ein großer Pluspunkt: Eine U-Bahn- und eine Monorail-Station sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Sehr schön war außerdem der Poolbereich mit verschiedenen Liegen und Getränkeservice. Dort wurde ich bestens versorgt und konnte wunderbar entspannen. Weniger gut gefallen hat mir, dass das Zimmer etwas dunkel war. Vor den Fenstern waren zusätzliche Abdeckungen mit Lochmuster angebracht, die den Tageslichteinfall eingeschränkt haben. Das fand ich schade – hier wurde aus meiner Sicht mehr Wert auf die Gestaltung der Fassade als auf den Komfort der Gäste gelegt
