The location is great. The receptionist at the front desk was very polite and friendly. However, not all staff understood Estonian well. Noise from the corridor leaked through the room door, so I could hear conversations and people passing by. The bathroom/WC was poorly cleaned, and a pipe under the faucet was leaking.

The staff were friendly and answered all my questions right away. The family room turned out smaller than I had expected.

The breakfast was okay and the bed was comfortable, but the administrator Margarita Jakovleva was not friendly.

The location was good, the breakfast was satisfactory but nothing special, bland and unremarkable; the room had a balcony and was quiet. During sleep time the room had no airflow, the bed was old and tired, and the restaurant's pork tenderloin was inedible.
