The room was spacious and well maintained, but it would have been nice if the staff had introduced themselves upon arrival.

The little site is beautiful, packed with extras: a shared kitchen full of equipment, clean facilities, lovely sitting areas, a farm shop selling fresh pork and eggs, and it’s a joy to see the animals roaming around.

The place is in a great spot, super quiet and spotless, but it feels a little pricey for such a tiny room that comes without bed linens and only a kettle.

The pigs were adorable, the place was clean, well kept, and very quiet, and it was super convenient for parking and getting into York.
