The family room was clean, but the reception was a disaster – the man was very unfriendly (though I’m softening it a bit). He didn’t say hello, thank you, or apologize for making us wait so long.

The front desk was welcoming, but the bathroom was dirty and noisy from the national road and highway, and the sponge towel was filthy. We booked a larger room but ended up in a handicap room: the mattress was comfortable, yet the bed base was just a board, there was a desk above the headboard when lying down, and a toilet paper roll was placed at shoulder level. The floor tiles in the bathroom were not great.

The value for money was decent, but customers were smoking all around the entrance as you came in and out, which was unpleasant. We needed blackout curtains.

The place was clean, quiet despite a busy nearby road, and the parking was free and covered. However, we were assigned a room meant for disabled guests, which we hadn’t requested, so the bathroom was inconvenient, especially the shower with a curtain.
