I was turned away and refused access as a foreigner, even though I had already reported this to you online; you had nothing to say about it, and the email notification arrived too late while I had already checked out of my Baruah Bhaven homestay and was traveling in an auto‑taxi to Suhkami Hotel.

The location is very close to the railway station, but the train horn sound is horrible.

They never prefer to book online; they insist on booking offline. When I arrived before check‑in time, they gave me no room, so I had to book another hotel. This has been a very poor experience for the last two times. The reception staff hesitated to give me a room and even suggested I book through MAKE MY TRIP.COM.

Without calling me, they cancelled my booking. Mismanagement… I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. They offered to take two single rooms, which I was not expecting.
