The quiet oasis on the third floor was lovely and the sauna area was good, but the “upgrade” turned out to be a downgrade—we booked a specific room in the main building and were given an old one with a bathtub and no separate shower, and the dining tables were squeezed together as if we were sharing with strangers, which is a real no‑go on holiday.

The place was spotless and the staff were very friendly. The hotel owner was present, approachable, and very nice. The sauna and steam bath were excellent. Breakfast was exceptional and the dinner (half board) was superb. There were no irons, and the room lacked hooks for bathrobes and napkins.

This is a nice hotel with excellent service. The food was good, the spa facilities lovely, and the staff were friendly and service‑oriented. Nothing to add.

A very nice hotel with excellent facilities. The food was really good and the staff were friendly and service‑mindful. The spa, with its variety of saunas, was fantastic. I can’t think of anything else.
