I spent 20 nights here and dined at the on‑site restaurant, which offered high‑quality food at a good price. The Wi‑Fi was reliable, though it sometimes went down during the night. Staff performed their duties well and were friendly, answering every question and fixing any issues I raised. I’d recommend it for both short and long stays; across the street is a Tiffin centre with tasty, inexpensive food and a tea/chai/coffee shop nearby. The train station is within walking distance, local autos are close, and other restaurants are available. Reliance Smart Supermarket is also nearby for all shopping needs. Air‑conditioning was excellent, and fresh linen and towels came with nice soap. The conference centre below did not cause any noise problems. I stayed on the 3rd floor and was very pleased—no bugs or cockroaches. Nearby shopping and night‑time street vendors were convenient. Having stayed at many hotels, I find this one worth the money.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's rooms, which were beautifully designed and offered a wonderful place to rest during my stay. However, I did notice that the hotel could improve on a few aspects. Overall, my experience was quite pleasant.

The hotel's location was ideal, situated in the heart of the city and making it easy to explore the area. The hotel itself was also very neat and well-maintained, which added to my overall satisfaction. I had a great time during my stay.

The hotel staff were incredibly supportive and went out of their way to assist me during my stay. The receptionist, in particular, had excellent knowledge of the area and was able to provide me with valuable recommendations. The boys working at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing due to the unfriendly staff and unexpected extra charges. They failed to honor the original booking amount, which left me feeling frustrated and overcharged. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and made my experience even more unpleasant.
