The location is good. Breakfast is included in the price, but when we arrived we found pre‑packed snacks and two small fruit juices (supposed to cover two breakfasts). The coffee machine didn’t work; we reported it to the owner but received no fix the next morning. The sheets weren’t perfectly clean.

Rosa was very kind to chat with. The place is nicely renovated. There is no on‑site parking; if you risk leaving your car on the busy lights‑y road it’s free but unsafe. There are 15 steep steps then 12 more. Breakfast is not great unless you like a croissant, a roll, and butter; it would have been better. It’s too expensive for the location, which is not near Vietri as we thought it was close to the town.

The room was spacious and clean, and the owners welcomed us warmly and are very kind and helpful for anything.
