“Comfortable but overall disappointing”
We thought breakfast could have been better, though the selection was good, though not all items were available.

The spot was great, with a nearby car park and a nice view from the window; breakfast food was good and the evening food and service were excellent, but the breakfast service and checkout felt a little disorganised, the shower was somewhat lackluster, and the bed was a bit too soft (might suit others).

Everything was perfect.

I stayed in a side sea view twin room and loved sitting in the bay window; the hospitality tray was fully stocked daily, breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the owner and staff were very friendly, helping with luggage to the room; there were lovely meals to order during the day and evening, and everything was very clean. Personally, everything was fine for us, but for others note that the bathroom and shower are small, as expected in an old building, and the inside and outside stairs could be challenging for some people.

The location is perfect, sea view and crashing waves. Very comfortable sea view rooms, Fantastic breakfasts, tea, coffee and biscuits re stocked in the room daily. Right in the heart of Sheringham, everything in walking distance. Initially we didn’t feel that welcome, young staff didn’t want to book us in 5 minutes before 3pm, but Julie the manageress and her daughter really couldn’t be more welcoming and accommodating
