I was pleased with the overall experience, and the negatives were also acceptable.

The spot was great, with a nice view right at the foothills of Nandi hills, and the rooms were large and comfortable; the front desk staff were helpful and there was a decent play room. However, breakfast needed improvement, there were few tariff options, and the taste could be better, though dinner turned out fine.
