“Great location and courteous staff.”
The spot is great because it’s close to IIM Udaipur, and the cab partners are handy for trips around the city. The cab manager was polite and useful, and the resort staff were professional and served well. The spa was a highlight; Grace, the masseuse, was candid and gave a truly relaxing massage. Overall, it worked nicely for a tourist or interview trip. However, the room had a little dust near the corners and the spa could be cleaner. The bathroom door handle was broken, and the Wi‑Fi on my phone was slow. Room‑service food was a bit pricey even though it tasted good, and I’d suggest ordering more Northern or Rajasthani dishes because the Southern, Chinese, and Italian options could use improvement.
