This charming property has been around for over 30 years and sits just a five‑minute walk from the market, churches, and mosques, so the location is spot‑on. I suggest booking the ocean view room. The staff—Iab, Shady, Yohanna, Karim, and the evening gentlemen—are welcoming, professional, kind, and sincere, always ready to help day or night. Breakfast is very reasonable, and the kitchen crew are lovely and courteous. The beach lies behind the hotel; you can reach it in about five minutes or less. It’s a public beach, so the hotel doesn’t own any part of it, but there are at least three vendors offering benches and umbrellas for a very small fee. This isn’t a five‑star hotel; it’s an old beach hotel maintained by locals who live in town. If you’re after a five‑star experience, go elsewhere. If you want honest, genuine local hospitality that treats you like a human being with love and care, stay here—I highly recommend it.

I liked the view and the staff, but the building, the room, and the internet were lacking, and they didn’t accept credit card payments.
