The accommodation was impeccable with a breathtaking lake view. The staff were very attentive and spoke English. The room was large, very beautiful, and the food was high quality and delicious. Thank you very much!

The location is superb right on a lake surrounded by mountains. The room had a direct view of the lake, the Onsen was very clean and pleasant. Meals and breakfasts were excellent and varied. The staff were extremely smiling, courteous, and attentive to us. We highly recommend it.

朝日が湖にうつってキラキラしているのが綺麗で、 若いスタッフの方々が丁寧で笑顔もとても素敵でした。 朝食会場についたときも、笑顔でおはようございますと声をかけていただいて良い気持ちで一日をスタートできました。. チェックインしたのが暗くなりだした時で、湖というだけあって正直不気味でした。(明るい時間はとても綺麗) 露天風呂も怖くて1分も入っていられませんでした笑
