Ros’s attention and the Chilean guy (sorry I forgot the name) were the best parts—very friendly. The only drawbacks were that there could be a TV in the rooms and easier access, since the building is between two other buildings.

The room with a balcony was good, the area was great right next to the metro, and there was a direct bus to Barceloneta beach. The lack of air conditioning was a downside.

The location and ease of getting in and out were good. Having to arrive by a certain maximum time for check‑in, or being charged a surcharge, was a problem.

The spot was spot-on, just a stone’s throw from the metro, eateries, shops, and sights, and Gràcia itself is gorgeous. The bathrooms were spotless and the bedroom was cozy. The downside? It gets unbearably hot in summer, and the stairwell to the apartment is dark.
