“Ogólnie beznadziejny”
The only good thing was the phone contact with the owner. The surrounding area, with its well‑planned large plot, is good for family trips and outdoor time, especially in warmer months. There’s a big common room downstairs. It’s an agritourism place, not a hotel, and we were fully aware of that when we chose it (or rather, there were no alternatives). The property doesn’t meet the basic requirement for accommodation – a comfortable place to sleep – regardless of its category or character. The beds were awful: low, sagging, creaking with the slightest movement, with pillows that were barely usable and sheets that were “from the bottom of the sea to the top.” The kitchen equipment was similarly shabby – a jumble of mismatched items. We definitely won’t return; others can judge for themselves (we don’t intend to discourage anyone).
We stayed in room no. 2 on the first floor, which was built for three people but worked well for our couple. A shared kitchen and refrigerators were in the corridor – one per room. The window looked out onto a pond. A dog barked a bit in the morning, but it wasn’t annoying. It’s very close to the centre of Iłża and offers excellent value.

The place is quiet, the grounds are well kept, and it’s close to the center of Iłża; the owner is pleasant. The mattresses, though, are not comfortable.

The value for money was good. It was close to the casino, had access to a kitchen annex and a fridge, and the parking was large. The downside was the smell from the toilet in room 4 and the stinging bees that entered room 2.
The area is very beautiful and peaceful, and the host was easy to reach with a large parking lot. However, the rooms felt a bit cramped, I missed a small lamp and curtains that could cover the whole window, and when I turned on the lights a lot of insects flew in; the bathroom also lacked cabinets.
