The hotel offers beautiful views of the Ortahisar Castle, especially at night from the restaurant. The room is spacious, comfortable, and comes with a great private pool for relaxation. The staff were very friendly and attentive during my first stay. A very pleasant experience.

The hotel staff were very helpful during our stay; they assisted us with our balloon ride and it went amazingly well. We stayed in a room with a Jacuzzi and the view was stunning. We will definitely come back next year.

The hotel manager Ferdi was very friendly, attentive, helpful, and always quick with solutions we needed. Additionally, the hotel owners were on site and carried out everything with such kindness that you can only imagine, from breakfast to transfers to other towns or the airport, all done immediately and excellently. Our cave room had its own clean and warm pool, which we used extensively. Great experience. Breakfast was generous and very good. We would recommend the hotel to anyone. In truth, there was nothing else; everything was superb.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. Ferdi, in particular, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel itself is also very nice, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

I had an amazing stay in the room with a terrace Jacuzzi, where I could unwind and enjoy the lit-up castle view. The staff were very considerate and made sure I had everything I needed. However, I was slightly disappointed with the pool's cleanliness.
