I'm still waiting for my refund after they canceled my booking at the last minute. I ended up having to book a new hotel on New Year's Eve at 4 pm, and it cost me a small fortune - 24,000 pesos, to be exact. I was left standing on the street outside the Mall of Asia with no room to call my own, all because they couldn't get their act together. Now I just want my money back.
