Excellent hotel. Thanks for a comfortable stay; all staff were very responsive and friendly. Special thanks to Kristall, who helped buy a tour at a discounted price and arranged everything in advance without being pushy. The hotel deserves its stars. Very comfortable, quiet, everything needed is present, the linens are white as snow, the beds are wide and very comfortable. The location is great for visiting Mount Tianmen. The view from the panoramic windows of the mountains is amazing. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Everything was wonderful.

I would rate them a 10 if it weren’t for the mandatory pre‑payment for potential damage that you have to request back. The room was comfortable, spacious, quiet, with a nice view, and breakfast was excellent; the location was fine. The only downside was the reception staff’s efficiency – a half‑hour wait for the room, which was finally resolved only by an English‑speaking front‑desk employee.

The place is in a great spot. They didn’t offer any Halal options, not even Halal bread or pastries, so I’d advise any five‑star hotel to add Halal food for Muslim guests.
