The manager’s response to our complaint was appreciated, but the noise from other guests was not good.

There was no kettle or even cutlery, so if this was meant to be self‑catering it was extremely poor; the air‑conditioning worked properly in only 1 of the 3 rooms we booked. My car was safe.
