The location was great, but the advertisement claimed breakfast for two adults and two children was included; when we arrived, only two breakfasts were provided, and they also charged us for parking even though the promo said it was covered.

There was a shuttle. When we returned, our room hadn’t been cleaned; they’d taken all the towels. We had to call reception to get new towels, and after waiting half an hour in wet swimsuits we finally received some, but we were already freezing. The pool area was very windy, so when we went out three times to watch the World Cup games, all my plates and cup kept flying away.

The staff, location, and cleanliness were good, but the water was shut down, forcing me to stay inside the hotel for hours because I couldn’t shower.
