“Relaxing place far from everything.”
The resort has charm but sits far from everything. There’s a lovely sandy beach, perfect for swimming, with calm water most of the time. The surrounding fields are full of cows and sheep grazing. The bungalows are nice, yet only one has air‑conditioning. We spent two nights without AC, only a fan, and it was hot enough to make sleeping difficult. Luckily we found a bungalow with AC for an extra fee, and sleep improved. The bed is quite comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent but not huge; I chose toast with omelet and coffee daily. Cleaning is good. There’s no hot water, but the shower outside isn’t too cold, and the toilet is also outside. The place is very remote; to eat elsewhere you’d need to bike 20‑40 km. Main roads are fine, but the others are bad for driving. The bungalows are nice but hot, and ants are present—small ones that love sweets but don’t bite. It’s good for those who want a quiet retreat, but not for anyone who wants to see people and life around. Renting a motorbike is necessary if you want to move around.
