Staff and facilities are good, but it seems people are living here, possibly an illegal population at times and potential criminal activity. I’m not blaming management for these observations, but it is the truth.

The location was fine. The room showed its age; the door didn’t fit tightly and let cold air in during winter, and the fridge door rubbed against the carpet.
