There was free water and coffee available at all times, the staff were very friendly, and the location right in the city center was fantastic, but the room lacked a desk or work area.

The location was great, the rooms looked brand‑new, clean, and tastefully furnished, the staff were friendly, security was solid (you only enter the elevator and stairwell with your room key), our room was very quiet, and drinks (water, coffee, tea) were free.
