I've been coming to this hotel in Pattaya for a while now, and it's become like a second home to me. The staff is incredibly welcoming and makes me feel like part of the family every time I stay here. If I had to complain about anything, it's that I have to leave eventually.

My stay at this hotel was marred by a few issues, including a faulty air conditioner that forced me to change rooms. While the staff did their best to accommodate me, I was disappointed to find that the pool was closed for repairs, and the pillow on my new bed was uncomfortably stiff. Despite these setbacks, I appreciated the staff's efforts to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

I was initially pleased with the hotel's location, but my enthusiasm was short-lived. The photos and reality didn't match, and the pool was in a terrible state. I was disappointed and would appreciate some gesture from the hotel to make up for it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. However, my room was a letdown, and the rooftop pool was underwhelming. The hotel's overall condition was somewhat disappointing, and the breakfast options were limited. Despite these issues, the staff's efforts made up for some of the shortcomings.
