The apartment was large, clean and beautiful, with all the amenities we needed; the staff were amazing and very considerate, doing everything we asked. During a period of heavy seaweed, the smell was unbearable; the staff tried hard to come and clean every day with a deodorizing product, but we couldn’t sit outside or even bathe in the nearby sea.

The hotel’s location was perfect, close to everything, and the staff went far beyond their duties—really nice and helpful. The place was very clean, and the room was big and right opposite the beach.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location in Boca del Río is unbeatable; the apartment views are amazing. The Caye Casa staff are very attentive and friendly, and when I had a medical issue, Marta and her husband helped us immediately, making us feel supported and cared for. I can’t thank them enough and I strongly recommend this hotel—everything is perfect.
