The venue’s location is wonderful, the rooms and beds are comfortable, guaranteeing excellent rest. The hosts provide great contact and support; the interior design and the property itself are unique and charming. A small fridge and tea in the room would have been nice.

A tiny guesthouse right at the foot of the Great Wall, tucked into a very small village, but the benefit is you can visit a quiet section of the Wall without crowds. The rooms are very clean and well decorated, and the breakfast is excellent.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, taking good care of us, but the pool was empty on August 9th.

The place felt like a boutique but still homey, and while we ate great food we could see the Great Wall.
