The customer service is excellent.

The rooms are spacious enough and have a good cupboard. There was no proper blanket on the first day; I had to ask five times for a proper blanket. I think the location is a bit far from the temples, and there is no kettle to heat water (had to ask for it).

The bed sheet, pillow, and blanket were dirty, the bathroom smelled bad, and there was no designated area for breakfast even though a buffet was offered.
