No positives. The fire alarm in room 2 was broken and missing, which I believe violates fire regulations, and I am considering reporting it. I felt scared in case something happened. Various insects—geckos, centipedes, ants—kept entering the room. The jumpers and rinses were poorly installed, and when I tried to use them they fell and hit my hand. The washing machine area was cluttered with used sheets piled up, which was disgusting and made laundry difficult. We rented three rooms; the one on L1 had no TV monitor, making it hard to pass the night. The shared space was dirty and unpleasant. When I tried to sit on a chair, its axis was wobbly and it tipped over. I feel I should get a refund.

The quiet location only makes sense if you have a car. Unfortunately the container isn’t sealed; heavy rain lets water in. I reported it immediately and was told someone would handle it, but no one ever showed up. The Wi‑Fi is partially underground and unreliable, and the garden could use a bit more cleaning and care.

The main house has a nice, very clean kitchen and a shared living room. There are washing machines and dryers available free of charge. Our room was a tiny house in the garden (there are five in total). It was very nice, very clean, and had a private bathroom. There was also a fridge and a microwave, though we didn’t use them because the kitchen in the main house was great. Plenty of parking was available in front of and behind the house. The only complaint: the duvet was too thin; we would have liked something cozier.

The room was very clean, with a private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and fridge. The location is ideal for exploring the island—close to one of the most beautiful beaches and the main town—so a car is essential to get around. The common areas were less tidy. After check‑in, it was impossible to get any support from staff for information or problems; no one was visible. Reading other reviews, it seems the management of the guesthouse has changed.

“Struttura tranquilla e moderna”

The modern, clean structure is nice. The shared kitchen is well‑equipped. Self‑check‑in comes with detailed instructions. We stayed in the external cottages outside the main building; they’re pretty and modern, but the bathroom had a slight odor—just keep the door closed and it doesn’t spread into the room, but each time you enter it’s not very pleasant. The beds only had a clean blanket, no sheets, which personally bothers me. I’d suggest adding a clothesline outside for drying towels and swimsuits.
