The hotel’s ambience is very nice, the food is great, breakfast and dinner are excellent, the rooms are clean and beautiful, the service and staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. The rooms were too cold, the heating didn’t kick in during a night when the outside temperature was 9 °C, the spa area was also too cool, the pool water was cold, and the sauna area was still not on at 13 :00.

Friendly and helpful staff, but on arrival day they left early, so I couldn't hit the bar in the evening. The bed was awful, with hard, uncomfortable chairs. The furniture outside the room was passable but not a lift. The room itself was small, which feels off for a four‑star hotel.
