The location was good, but there was no toilet paper, the sink tap wouldn’t open, the TV channels didn’t work, and the internet was weak.

The location and the apartment itself were great, with a nice layout of clean, comfortable furniture, and a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, sandwich maker, coffee maker and microwave that served short stays well. I booked because I’m undergoing cancer treatment at a nearby hospital, but upon arrival there was no toilet paper in the bathroom; the front desk said they couldn’t provide any because the unit belongs to the “condominium,” and housekeeping gave the same answer, suggesting I buy some at a supermarket 200 m away. The next morning, during the included breakfast, a restaurant staff member publicly accused me in front of other guests of not having paid for the meal, and only after three people intervened did they realize that apartment 1804 was part of the “group.” I stayed only one night after chemotherapy, had to fetch my own toilet paper and couldn’t even have breakfast in peace. I won’t return and hope this warning helps future guests.
