The bed was large and comfortable, and the cappuccino was excellent. However, there was no garden view; instead we looked at a dirty wall 50 cm in front of the window. The room smelled moldy and was full of mosquitoes, making it impossible to sleep at night because a water pump started every two minutes. The next day we asked for a different room, first being told none were available, then that an extra 300 Baht would be charged. We moved, but did not get a refund for the week‑night. There are many better hotels in Nan at the same price.

The room was very nice and spacious. The only downside was that it was in the middle of nowhere.

The hotel is beautiful, designed in a modern style with high ceilings, very comfortable, and the hot water is strong. The food is tasty, the staff are attentive, and the owner is lovely. They offer a delicious cocoa that guests can enjoy themselves, making it feel like staying at a friend’s house—very warm.
