The building feels old and the carpet is awful; the rooms are tiny and lack any shelves or cabinets. We had to change rooms because most windows couldn't be opened. Room service is almost nonexistent unless you ask repeatedly. It’s disappointing that a hotel with such a great location doesn’t have better facilities.

Everything is close by. The price changed between the day of booking and the day of arrival, and you couldn’t pay in advance.
