The hotel had a pleasant overall vibe, but the mattress was uncomfortable and had to be replaced right away, and the rooms weren’t ready when I arrived.

I liked the location and the staff were polite, and the Junior Family Suite was roomy, yet the restaurant felt overcrowded, the bathroom was noisy, I almost slipped on the wet floor because the hotel didn’t give me slippers, and even the Junior Family Suite lacked a fruit plate or biscuits.

The property was excellent, the staff friendly, and breakfast was good, but the staff, while nice and cordial, didn’t accommodate our requests very well.
