The staff were friendly and polite, and the location is good. I had high hopes for The Fern, but the interior didn’t live up to the exterior charm. It felt like a 3.5‑star hotel, and after a long journey I just wanted a cozy place, which I didn’t get. The bathroom wasn’t clean, the sink had a bad odor, and they left about 15 folded beds in the alley. Breakfast quality didn’t match the price we paid.

The reception managers and restaurant staff were all very friendly, and the hospitality level matched that of Europe. Plus, the coffee at the restaurant was good.

The hotel is excellent, with service that matches. The staff are extremely motivated and courteous, going out of their way to make guests feel at home—truly a home away from home. I give three compliments to management for running such a tight ship!

The staff are very congenial and helpful! The hygiene and cleanliness are lacking, and the property’s charges are exorbitant!
