The breakfast and service were excellent, with very friendly staff and a beautiful park right outside the door. However, our room 420 was disappointing: dust, hair on the sheets, stains on the carpet, a missing curtain, a broken lamp shade, and drainage issues in both the sink and shower. Even after we reported it, the room wasn’t cleaned after a two‑hour absence, and when we mentioned it again at reception, the staff rolled their eyes, which felt unprofessional.

The location is central. The carpet in the room and the bathroom feel a bit outdated.

Everything was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We had booked two single beds but received a double bed instead. My son and I managed, but single beds would have been preferable.
