The staff were friendly, but there was no bedframe and the mattress sagged; the water heater wasn’t functioning.

It’s a nice place, close to PFCC, and the hotel staff were caring; the AC worked very well and the window in this room is great, though cigarette smoke sometimes returns through the bathroom air vents when the room is empty.
