The rooms were clean, the owner super friendly, and the new building sits by a river in Areni. Breakfast was good, and the neighbors had a restaurant and wine tasting room that was handy.

The apartments were cozy, comfortable, and beautiful on the banks of the Arpa River, with a gazebo over the water for breakfasts and dinners, and the hosts were very welcoming and hospitable. The homemade breakfasts were tasty, the garden was lovely, and the nearby Hin Areni wine factory offered worthy wines. I really didn’t want to leave and want to return.

The riverside setting was fabulous—very peaceful, very clean, with a great breakfast on the veranda and an excellent restaurant next door.

Kleine familiengeführte Pension in idyllischer Lage direkt am Fluß. Einfach und bodenständig. Die Eigentümerin war überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Morgens gab es ein frisch zubereitetes vielseitiges Frühstück mit einigen Produkten aus eigener Herstellung bzw Anbau. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Nichts
