“Slept well for a good price, while the hotel is under renovations.”
The location from the 401 was convenient, the room was generous and the beds comfortable, and the coffee at the office in the morning was delicious. Unfortunately the hotel is undergoing major renovations, one wing of the rooms is closed off but shares a stairwell with the rooms currently being rented out. It was a bit chaotic finding the reception desk, and then the sidewalks and entrance were covered with tarps to keep paint and cement from getting on them. The stairway was a real mess with dust and debris everywhere… We didn’t realize the place was under such complete renovations, so it was a bit of a shock. It will be so lovely once it’s finished!
