The room was the worst I've ever had: it smelled bad, the bucket and tap were broken, there was no hot water in the room, so you had to bring a bucket of hot water from another source – a terrible experience. I never want to return and I didn't even get a refund after booking.

Room service was bad; linens weren't clean, the bathroom was dirty, the neighboring bathroom leaked a lot of grime into mine, and the taps were dripping. Overall I was disappointed. Our trip to Bangalore turned out to be a total letdown and not worth the money I paid; I'm sorry to say all this.
