The room was clean, but the reception was cold. The décor was awful, the old furniture was heavily damaged, the bedding was uncomfortable, and it was very noisy.

The stay was awful—beds were uncomfortable, the room smelled bad, and there were roaches. Every stairway to the upper level was blocked and a hazardous warning sign was posted right next to the first room we were given. We asked for a different room, but it was no better. We had to cancel the second night because it was so bad, and I've requested a full refund.

I booked a non‑smoking room, yet it smelled of old cigarette smoke and the bathtub and shower had cigarette stains. We had to request new, extra towels because the existing ones were dirty, and the floor had apparently not been mopped for a long time.

DO NOT STAY HERE. After paying for a week, I found a bedbug in my room. The hotel refused to refund me but moved me to another room. When I returned from work the next morning, I discovered that my suitcase, bedding, towels, skincare products, and five weeks’ worth of food had been thrown away. My gold chain and other jewelry were also taken. After repeatedly asking management for help, they offered me only $25 in compensation. I have filed a police report and am assembling my legal team. I will pursue every lawful option available to recover my belongings and receive full compensation for everything I lost. Please protect yourself and stay elsewhere. DO NOT STAY HERE.
