“Me encantó, vamos a regresar”

The accommodation looks exactly as in the photos, a colonial building with that style of architecture. The staff were very friendly, helped us book tours and taxis, which was very useful. Breakfast is delicious, we were treated very well, the lady is very kind and brings everything to the table. The poached eggs are exquisite, the chilaquiles are very tasty, the fresh fruit and the café de olla are very good. Our room was left very clean every day. The only thing to consider is that breakfast is not available from 7 am but only after 8 am, which could be a complication with tour schedules. Maybe having a tea, coffee, and bread bar would help a bit for leaving on tours with an empty stomach.

“Overall our stay was disappointing.”

The building’s ambience and details were great, and its location was convenient. The room we first stayed in was small and dark, and when the air conditioner failed we were moved to another room of the same size but with a better layout. The foam mattress was uncomfortable, and the breakfast offered little variety.

I was pleased with the easy access to the center from the airport and the helpful staff at the hotel. When I arrived, I had trouble finding the parking lot, but the staff guided me politely; however, the lot was cramped and it was unclear how to park. I tried to leave it open, but I think marking the spaces with lines would help. The room had several issues: there were many mosquitoes, the shower would abruptly turn to cold water and then take a while to heat up again, and the sheets had a metal‑like object inside that poked out and injured me and my child. I recommend checking the room’s equipment before settling in.

The location was good. Unfortunately, the elevator fell while we were inside, and we were traveling with elderly companions.

“Hermoso hotel”

The place was very pretty and clean, rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds, and there was no noise; breakfast was delicious, though not very varied, and the waiter’s personal service was a highlight. The only downside was that when I booked, the app listed the suite at 1400, and after paying I was charged extra VAT. When we arrived, we were given a double room instead of the suite we had reserved, so we had to pay the difference. The internet didn’t work, so I tried re‑booking and the price matched what I had set, but I never got to confirm the reservation. On arrival I checked and it was listed as double, but I’m sure it was supposed to be the suite.
