The view, the welcome, the room and the services were all great, and it was quiet. The only issue was that the access roads were a bit narrow and could use more attention.

We had a wonderful stay in a clean, well‑run property managed by Manuel, the guy who greeted us and was extremely kind and helpful. The view was stunning and the lovely Lido El Chiquinito was close by (the cost is already included in the nightly rate). Nothing negative to mention, but it’s best to arrive by car or scooter because there are no nearby pedestrian crossings to reach the beaches, and with a private vehicle you can also visit other coves and beaches between Gaeta and Sperlonga.

The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, and always ready to answer us; the property is beautiful, and I can’t wait to come back in the years to come.
