“Nao tive sorte”
The hotel is well situated, simple, and clean. Breakfast is modest but very good. The service was directed to a room that seemed comfortable, with a bed, towels, and necessary items, but the room lacked a lamp. The staff moved me to room 13, which felt uncomfortable and different from the first. The beds and mattresses were old, there were no towels, the hair dryer didn’t work, and there was no hygiene kit. I spent the whole night with a runny nose from the moldy smell in the room. The facilities had broken floors. I hope the hotel takes action with room 13 to improve its services.
