The price‑to‑value ratio was decent. The location and cleanliness were problematic: being directly opposite the commuter station made it impossible to rest, and there were spider webs in the room.

The location and cleanliness were good. However, the ad claimed there was a kitchen, but there wasn’t one. The water had a leak, and when the air conditioner was turned on, the dripping outside made noise and was annoying.

The location was perfect—30 minutes from FIRA—but the house could have been better maintained. The shower was awful and hard to clean. I requested internet to work, and despite it being listed as included, none of the days had it. I called and was met with delays from the start. It’s not a cheap place for the prices charged.

The room was nice, spacious, well‑equipped, and very comfortable. Be sure to read the confirmation email from the house carefully after booking; it contains the house access code. Check‑in was anonymous. The house is in a densely populated part of Valencia, and the access road is partly very narrow, so a GPS is essential. Parking is only on the public street.
