Everything from the activities and meals to the room is 10‑10. Previously the bars and restaurants closed later; now everything is quieter early in the morning.

The sports activities—tennis, paddle, catamaran, and bikes—are great. The food is delicious and the room is clean with the AC working perfectly. The service staff lack training in guest care. In the Mexican specialty restaurant, they never tell guests about the time limit for ordering food, assuming the guest already knows; when I asked for an extra dish, the supervisor denied me three times, saying “that’s how it’s supposed to be.” I told her they shouldn’t assume and must always inform guests clearly. The lady who announces the pool closing only arrives without greeting and bluntly says the pool is closed and that we must leave, with no friendly tone. At reception during the night I went to extend my stay in the same room for one more night, and even though the reservation was already made, they made me return at 7 am the next day to confirm it. If the guest is already there and reception staff are present, why not handle it and avoid making the guest come back so early the next day?

The location, beach, and weather are great. There should be more variety in drinks, such as different tequila brands and beers like Corona, and more food options.
