The location was absolutely fantastic with stunning panoramic coastline views. Modern design, plenty of space in the communal areas and bedrooms, exceptional cleanliness, and very friendly staff. The buffet breakfast offered a wide range of options, including local homemade fare. Everything was very good; the only note was that small children were present, and an adults‑only preference might be better.

The hotel sits in the most beautiful spot we could ask for, and the staff were amazing—friendly, courteous, and helpful with everything possible. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and truly at home. The room was clean, spacious, and pleasant, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and perfect for a vacation. The pool and the view simply enhanced the experience, and we felt every small detail was taken into account. Without a doubt, this is one of the places we enjoyed the most, and if we return to Crete we will definitely choose this hotel again. We wholeheartedly recommend it! ❤️ Everything was excellent.

The hotel is fantastic, surrounded by lovely grounds. The swimming pool is huge and there are plenty of sunbeds. The restaurant offers a great breakfast, though a bit repetitive, and a few dishes in the evening if you opt to dine there; they are good quality and good value. The bedrooms are large, with a fully equipped kitchenette area, comfortable beds, and great Wi‑Fi. Everything is very clean. I think the main asset of the hotel is its staff—friendly and very helpful, and nothing seems too much trouble for any of them. They really make you feel so welcome. The A/C in our room was not very efficient; it took a while for the room to cool down on a hot day. Otherwise, I would have given this hotel a 10.

The overall location is great, peaceful and very clean with simple decor. The staff are outstanding and friendly, and the food is very good, though the hot buffet at breakfast wasn’t actually hot.
