The hotel is very new, with modern rooms that are very clean and spacious. The manager was always available for questions and help 👍 I rented a top‑grade electric scooter at a great price, which is also recommended if you want to hit all the highlights. I even had it parked right outside the door at 5:30 am for a sunrise tour 😎 Important shops are around the hotel, and the city center is just a few minutes’ walk away. It’s quiet.

We had an amazing stay at Yangshuo Yahan Resort Hotel; from the first moment the service was exceptional. Our taxi driver dropped us at the wrong spot, and after calling the hotel a staff member arrived within minutes to pick us up and help with our luggage. The rooms are new, modern, spotless, and tech‑savvy. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality: the manager Pin and the whole team made us feel genuinely welcome, surprised us with a fruit basket and a local pastry, helped book attractions, handled every request, and even did our laundry. We’ve stayed in many hotels worldwide, but rarely have we experienced such warm, caring, personal service; they made us feel like family rather than guests. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yangshuo. Thank you, Pin and the entire team, for an unforgettable experience!

I had an amazing stay here during my trip to Yangshuo; the location could not be better, just a short walk to West Street, making dining, shopping, and evening strolls extremely convenient. Every room and public area is kept spotless with daily careful cleaning. The front desk staff are friendly and professional, and they patiently designed a personalized sightseeing itinerary for me, covering bamboo raft trips, cycling along Ten‑Mile Gallery, and the classic Impression Sanjie Liu show. I highly recommend this hotel for all travellers visiting Yangshuo.

“Well recommended place.”

The room was spacious, super clean, well equipped with a view of the rocks. The owner was very helpful and upgraded me to a bigger room with a better view on a higher floor. Nothing was wrong; everything was great.
